What affects delivery
- The network's own pace. Each service has a typical start and delivery time, shown in the list; a busy network is slower.
- The link. A private, deleted or changed link cannot be delivered to.
- The platform. Platforms clean up engagement over days; services marked refill cover that within their window.
In every case, what is not delivered comes back to your balance under the Refund Policy.
