FAQ
How ordering, delivery, payments and automation work here. If your question is not answered, open a ticket and a person will read it.
Nothing matches that. Open a ticket and we will answer it.
Getting started
What is this panel?
A place to buy social media engagement — followers, likes, views, comments, website traffic and more — across 35+ platforms. You add funds, choose a service, paste a link, and the order is delivered by the network behind that service. Prices start at $0.0072 per 1,000.
How do I place my first order?
What link should I paste?
Whatever the service delivers to. A "views" or "likes" service needs the link to the individual post or video. A "followers" or "subscribers" service needs the profile or channel link. Website traffic takes any page on your site.
We check this for you before charging: paste a channel link into a per-video service and the order is refused with an explanation, rather than being bought and never delivered.
Do I need my password or account access?
No, and you should never give it to anyone. Everything is delivered to a public link. Your account must be public during delivery — a private profile cannot receive anything.
Orders & delivery
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending — accepted, waiting to start.
In progress / Processing — being delivered.
Completed — finished in full.
Partial — some delivered, the rest could not be. You are refunded
for the undelivered part automatically.
Canceled — nothing delivered. Fully refunded automatically.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service, and the service name tells you: entries like | 5K/day - Instant mean it starts quickly and delivers about 5,000 a day. Start times range from instant to a few hours.
We cannot speed a service up — delivery speed belongs to the network behind it. Anything claiming otherwise would be a promise we could not keep.
The count went down after delivery. What now?
Some drop-off is normal on every platform. 481 of our services include a refill guarantee — the service name says so, e.g. [ Refill 30d ]. Within that window, open a ticket with the order number and we will request a refill.
Services marked [ No refill ] have no such guarantee, which is why they cost less.
What is drip-feed?
Instead of delivering everything at once, the order is split into several runs spaced out over time, which looks more natural. Where a service supports it, the option appears on the order form with Runs and Interval.
You are charged the quantity per run — 1,000 across 5 runs is 5,000 in total, and the cart shows that before you pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Only before the network starts it, and only where that service allows cancelling. Once delivery begins it cannot be stopped. If an order is cancelled — by you or by the network — the money returns to your balance on its own.
Why can I not order fewer than the minimum?
Each service sets its own minimum and maximum, shown on the order form. They are the network's limits, not ours, and an order outside them would simply be rejected.
Why did my quantity change slightly?
Quantities are rounded down to a round number — 1,378 becomes 1,350. Round amounts are delivered far more reliably than ragged ones, and you are only ever charged for the rounded figure. It never rounds below a service's minimum.
Payments & refunds
How do I add funds?
On the Add funds page. Payment is by cryptocurrency, and your balance is credited automatically once the network confirms it — usually a few minutes.
What is the 1.7% fee?
The payment processor charges it to move the money. It is added on top of the amount you are topping up, shown clearly before you pay, and every cent of what you asked for lands in your balance.
Do I get a refund if an order does not deliver?
Yes, and you do not have to ask. Every order is checked against the network, and if it comes back cancelled, refunded, or only partly delivered, the money is returned to your balance automatically. A partial delivery is refunded in proportion — 250 undelivered out of 1,000 returns a quarter of what you paid.
Refunds show on the Orders page under the order they belong to.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Balance is for ordering and is not withdrawable. Add what you plan to spend.
Automation
What is a campaign?
A way to order for many links at once. Paste a list of links, choose the service, and Automation places a separate order for each link — never one big order split up. You see the exact cost before anything starts.
How are comments shared out between my links?
In the order you paste them, 20 per link: lines 1–20 go to your first link, the next 20 to the second, and so on. The review step shows you the exact split before you start.
No comment is ever sent twice to the same link. If your pool is smaller than the campaign needs, it wraps around and reuses comments across different links — and the review step tells you how many, and how many more to add to avoid it entirely.
How many comments do I need?
20 for every link, so nothing repeats anywhere: 4 links needs 80. The wizard counts as you type and tells you exactly how many more to add.
Write them genuinely differently. Comments that all mention the same brand read as advertising however varied the wording, and are the first thing platforms remove — the review step warns you when it spots that pattern.
What is the money set aside when a campaign starts?
The full worst-case cost is reserved from your balance so a running campaign can never stall half way through. Whatever is not used comes back to your balance automatically when it finishes.
Can I stop a campaign?
There is a short window right after starting, shown as a countdown on the campaign row. After that the orders are with the network. Anything not yet sent is still refunded.
Affiliate
How much do I earn?
5% of a referred customer's first deposit. Not their later top-ups — you are paid once per person you bring.
When do I get paid?
Earnings build up on the Affiliate page and are added to your balance automatically the moment they reach $25.00. Below that they sit there and wait — the page shows a progress bar and exactly how much more you need.
How do I share my link?
Copy it from the Affiliate page. It contains a random code, not your account number. Anyone who signs up through it is linked to you permanently.
API & support
Is there an API?
Yes — see API for your key and the endpoints. You can list services, place single and bulk orders, and check order status, which is what you need to resell from your own site or automate ordering.
Something is wrong with my order. What do you need?
Open a ticket with the order number and what you are seeing. With the order number we can query the network directly; without it we are guessing.
How fast is support?
Tickets are read by a person, not a bot. Anything needing the upstream network is passed on with your order number and timestamp attached, and their answer comes back to your ticket.
Still stuck?
Open a ticket with your order number and we will look into it.
